Sec. 7. All final determinations, findings, and conclusions of the Indiana board of pharmacy under this chapter are conclusive decisions of the matters involved. A person aggrieved by the decision may obtain review of the decision in accordance with IC 4-21.5-5 . Findings of fact by the Indiana board of pharmacy, if supported by substantial evidence, are conclusive. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6-8.5-7.]
