Sec. 19. Except as provided in section 21 of this chapter, a person may not possess or use an anabolic steroid without a valid prescription or drug order issued by a practitioner acting in the usual course of the practitioner's professional practice. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6-8-3(i).]
