Sec. 11. (a) A person may not sell as a wholesaler to a retailer, hotel, restaurant, hospital, nursing home, school, or state or federal institution eggs for human consumption that are not subject to being reported as provided in this chapter. (b) A person operating multiple retail outlets may not distribute or deliver to retail units eggs for human consumption that are not subject to being reported as provided for in this chapter. A retail store or retail unit may not receive from a wholesaler eggs for human consumption that are not subject to being reported as provided for in this chapter.
