Sec. 8. A labeling requirement under IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4 is not considered to be complied with unless: (1) the word, statement, or other information appearing on the label also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of the article; or (2) the word, statement, or other information appearing on the label is easily seen through the outside container or wrapper.
