Costs not adjudicated against defendants

Sec. 29. All costs not adjudicated against the defendants in accordance with this chapter are to be determined and collected in the manner provided by law for the determination and collection of costs in unsuccessful criminal prosecutions. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-33.]
