Sec. 25. (a) A personal judgment may not be given against a defendant, except as provided in subsection (b). (b) When merchandise is ordered destroyed, the court may give judgment against the defendant for that part of the costs occasioned by the defendant. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-29.]
