Sec. 5. (a) A clearance examiner training program must meet requirements specified in rules adopted under section 6 of this chapter before providing initial or refresher training to a person seeking a license under section 3(c) of this chapter. (b) The state department may approve a clearance examiner training course offered as part of a program that satisfies the requirements of subsection (a). (c) A clearance examiner training course must be conducted by an instructor approved by the state department as provided in the rules adopted under section 6 of this chapter.
