Class C infraction for obstruction, delay, resistance, prevention, or interference with an inspection or investigation

Sec. 15. A person who obstructs, delays, resists, prevents, or interferes with: (1) the state department; or (2) the state department's personnel or designated agent; in the performance of an inspection or investigation performed under IC 16-41-5-1 commits a Class C infraction.
