Local restrictions on transient merchants

Sec. 3. Notwithstanding section 1 of this chapter, this chapter does not prohibit a political subdivision from adopting limitations on the locations at which a transient merchant licensed under IC 25-37-1-3 may conduct business within the jurisdiction of the political subdivision.   IC 16-41-39.4 Chapter 39.4.
