Sec. 41. The state department may bring an action at law or in equity to enforce this chapter, and the court in the action has jurisdiction to compel or enforce this chapter by injunction. The action shall be brought in the name of the state. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-2-21.]
