Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, "supply dealer" means any person manufacturing, processing, or selling at wholesale any felt batting, pads, or loose material in bags or containers, concealed or not concealed, to be used in articles of bedding. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-9-4-2(h).]
