Sec. 32.5. In addition to any other requirement applicable to a mobile home community under this chapter, an industrialized residential structure may be located in a mobile home community if all of the following conditions are met: (1) The industrialized residential structure is certified under IC 22-15-4 . (2) The industrialized residential structure is placed on a lot that is not used for a mobile home or manufactured home within the mobile home community. (3) The industrialized residential structure complies with all requirements related to: (A) utility line placement; (B) adequate site drainage; (C) spacing and setbacks; (D) minimum recreation area; (E) water, sewer, or septic service; and (F) any other similar requirement; to which a mobile home or manufactured home in a mobile home community is subject.
