Ejections from mobile home communities

Sec. 30. The owner, operator, or caretaker of a mobile home community may eject a person from the premises for any of the following reasons: (1) Nonpayment of charges or fees for accommodations. (2) Violation of law or disorderly conduct. (3) Violation of a rule of the state department relating to mobile home communities. (4) Violation of a rule of the mobile home community that is publicly posted within the mobile home community. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-7-34.]
