Sec. 14. The owner or operator of an agricultural labor camp may under 29 U.S.C. 1821(c) impose a penalty on an agricultural laborer who knowingly or intentionally destroys or damages property on the premises of an agricultural labor camp. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-9-12.]
