Sale of unfit water prohibited

Sec. 3. A person, firm, or corporation may not offer for sale for public consumption any drinking water, bottled water, or mineral water that shows a bacteriological or chemical content deleterious to public health. The state department shall prohibit the further distribution or consumption of the unfit water. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-26-4.]
