Sec. 6. The state department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to provide for testing for communicable and sexually transmitted diseases under this chapter, including the identification of the diseases to be tested and the type of test to be used. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-8-7.5-6.5.]
