Sec. 16. A practitioner who: (1) is responsible for conducting a screening test required under this chapter; and (2) knowingly or intentionally fails to conduct the screening test; commits a Class A misdemeanor. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-8-7.5-11.]
