Universal precautions

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "universal precautions" means procedures specified by rule adopted by the state department under IC 4-22-2 that are used to prevent the transmission of serious communicable diseases through blood or other body fluids. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-10-7-3.]
