Sec. 6. The fees and charges paid to providers of services, care, and materials under this chapter shall be at the same amounts as those allowed by the Medicaid program (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.). [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6.5-2-6.]
