Penalties; deposit in dedicated accounts

Sec. 7. (a) A civil penalty collected by the state department must be deposited in a dedicated account designated by the state department to be used in the administration of the WIC program.       (b) A civil penalty collected under this chapter does not revert to the state general fund, but remains in the account designated under subsection (a).
