Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "WIC participant" means an authorized pregnant woman, a postpartum woman, an infant, or a child who is receiving supplemental food or a food instrument under the WIC program. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-2-2.5-3.]
