Prohibition on using public funds, facilities, or employees for cloning

Sec. 2. The state, a state educational institution, or a political subdivision of the state may not use public funds, facilities, or employees to knowingly participate in cloning or attempted cloning.   IC 16-35 ARTICLE 35.
