Sec. 4. (a) The department shall administer the fund. (b) The department shall deposit money collected under IC 16-31-2 , IC 16-31-3 , and IC 16-31-3.5 in the fund at least monthly. (c) Expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund.
