Sec. 26. (a) Each provider organization shall participate in a written quality assurance program. Proceedings under this section are confidential, and any communication related to the quality assurance program is considered a privileged communication. (b) This section does not prevent participation by a provider organization in a peer review committee proceeding under IC 34-30-15 .
