Misrepresentation of certification or licensure; penalty

Sec. 16. A person who is not certified or licensed under this chapter and identifies or holds out to other persons that the person is: (1) certified or licensed under this chapter; or (2) authorized to do any act allowed under this chapter; commits a Class C misdemeanor.
