Injunctions

Sec. 1. (a) The: (1) attorney general; (2) prosecuting attorney; or (3) commission; may, in accordance with the Indiana laws governing injunctions, maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin a person from violating this article or the rules adopted under this article.       (b) An injunction issued under this section does not relieve a person from criminal prosecution under this article or the rules adopted under this article. An injunctive remedy is in addition to any remedy provided for the criminal prosecution of a violation of this article or the rules adopted under this article.
