Provision of services permitted in any county; rules

Sec. 18. (a) A home health agency may provide services in any county in Indiana.       (b) The state department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to provide appropriate oversight and supervision of the services a home health agency provides in noncontiguous counties.
