Sec. 1. (a) A maternity home operator may register a maternity home with the state department. (b) A maternity home operator that applies for a grant under IC 16-26-2 or a tax credit under IC 6-3.1-14 must be registered with the state department. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-2.5-2-1.]
