Honoring nurse's orders

Sec. 8. If a home health agency or hospice patient's care or treatment is being managed, directed, or provided by an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under IC 25-23 , that nurse's orders will be honored, unless it will cause the home health agency or hospice to be unreimbursed for the home health agency's or hospice's service.   IC 16-25-3 Chapter 3.
