Absences creating vacancy; excuse

Sec. 6. Failure of a member of the governing board to attend three (3) consecutive meetings of the board creates a vacancy in the member's office unless the absence is excused by formal action by the governing board. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-11-1-3(b).]
