Appointment of directors; terms

Sec. 3. (a) Not more than sixty (60) days after the filing of the certified copy of the resolution described under section 2 of this chapter, the county executive shall appoint five (5) residents of the county as directors of the county hospital building authority.       (b) The initial terms of the members of the governing board as follows: (1) One (1) member shall be appointed for a term of one (1) year. (2) One (1) member for a term of two (2) years. (3) One (1) member for a term of three (3) years. (4) Two (2) members for terms of four (4) years.       (c) At the expiration of the respective terms of the members of the governing board the county executive shall appoint successors for four (4) year terms.
