Agreements between contiguous counties; rights of county citizens

Sec. 28. The citizens of a contributing county under section 27 of this chapter have the same rights and privileges in the hospital as the citizens of the county where the hospital is located. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12-19-2.]
