Unlawful operation or advertisement of unlicensed institution or agency; violation; classification

Sec. 3. A person who: (1) operates an institution or agency that is required to be licensed under this chapter that is not licensed under this chapter; or (2) advertises the operation of an institution or agency that is required to be licensed under this chapter that is not licensed under this chapter; commits a Class A misdemeanor.
