Weights and measures fund

Sec. 4. (a) The weights and measures fund is established for the purpose of providing funds for training and equipment for weights and measures inspectors and the state metrology laboratory. The state department shall administer the fund.       (b) The fund consists of fees collected under section 1(b)(5) of this chapter.       (c) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund.
