Partnerships and joint ventures; substance use disorder

Sec. 30.5. The state department may enter into partnerships and joint ventures to encourage best practices in the following: (1) The identification and testing of populations at risk of disease related to substance use disorder. (2) The health care treatment of incarcerated individuals for conditions related to substance use disorder.
