Sec. 94. "Device", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4 except for IC 16-42-1-7 , IC 16-42-1-16 (7), IC 16-42-2-3 (7), IC 16-42-3-4 (3), and IC 16-42-4-3 (3), means instruments, apparatus, and contrivances, including their components, parts, and accessories, intended: (1) for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or other animals; or (2) to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals.
