Sec. 354. "Transfer station", for purposes of IC 16-42 , means a place, a premises, or an establishment where milk or milk products are transferred directly from one (1) transport tank to another. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citations: 16-1-23-1 part; 16-6-6-1(m).]
