"Sponsoring" or "supervising hospital"

Sec. 337. "Sponsoring" or "supervising hospital", for purposes of IC 16-31 , means a hospital: (1) that is licensed under IC 16-21-2 or under the licensing law of another state; and (2) that has been certified by the emergency medical services commission to sponsor or supervise paramedics, advanced emergency medical technicians, and provider organizations in providing advanced life support.
