Sec. 331.2. "Site", for purposes of IC 16-19-3.1 , means a: (1) dwelling (as defined in IC 13-11-2-61.3 ); (2) building; (3) motor vehicle (as defined in IC 9-13-2-105 (a)); (4) trailer (as defined in IC 9-13-2-184 (b)); or (5) watercraft (as defined by IC 9-13-2-198.5 ).
