Sec. 317.7. "Residential care facility", for purposes of: (1) IC 16-19 ; (2) IC 16-28-2 ; (3) IC 16-28-6.5 ; (4) IC 16-28-11-8 (expired); and (5) IC 16-32-5 ; means an entity licensed under IC 16-28 and registered as a housing with services establishment under IC 12-10-15 .
