Sec. 30. "Authority" refers to the following: (1) For purposes of IC 16-22-6 , the authority created under IC 16-22-6-2 . (2) For purposes of IC 16-22-7 , the authority created under IC 16-22-7-5 . (3) For purposes of IC 16-22 : (A) the authority created under IC 16-22-6-2 ; or (B) the county building authority provided for in IC 36-9-13 .
