Sec. 293. "Principal display panel", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4 , means that part of a label that is most likely to be displayed, presented, shown, or examined under normal and customary conditions of display for retail sale. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-3(r).]
