Sec. 266. "Paramedic", for purposes of IC 16-31 , means an individual who is certified under the IC 16-31-3-2 Indiana emergency medical services commission standards for paramedic licensure. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-40-1(c).]
