Effective 9-1-2025. Sec. 253.3. "Nurse aide training program", for purposes of IC 16-27.5 , means a training program that: (1) is authorized by the certified health care professions commission established by IC 16-27.5-2-1 ; (2) complies with 42 CFR 483.152 and 42 CFR 483.154; and (3) is completed by an individual seeking to become a nurse aide.
