Sec. 225.6. "Mental health facility", for purposes of IC 16-31 , means the following: (1) A certified community behavioral health clinic (as defined in IC 12-15-1.3-25 (a)). (2) A community mental health center (as defined in IC 12-7-2-38 ) certified under IC 12-21-2-3 (5)(C).
