Sec. 198.7. (a) "Lead-based paint activities", for purposes of IC 16-41-39.4 and IC 16-41-39.8 , means the inspection risk assessment and abatement of lead-based paint in target housing and child occupied facilities. (b) The term includes project design and supervision.
