Sec. 192. (a) "Intrastate commerce", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4 , means any and all commerce within Indiana and subject to the jurisdiction of the state. (b) The term includes the operation of a business or service establishment. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-3(b).]
