Indiana Code § 16-18-2-188.3

"Individual with a communicable disease"

Sec. 188.3. "Individual with a communicable disease", for purposes of IC 16-41 , means a person who has: (1) tuberculosis in a communicable state; or (2) another serious communicable disease.
