Sec. 121. (a) "Executive director", for purposes of IC 16-22 , except as provided in subsection (b), means the chief administrative officer, president, or other individual appointed under IC 16-22-3-8 . (b) "Executive director", for purposes of IC 16-22-8 and IC 16-41-7.5 , means the executive director of the health and hospital corporation appointed under IC 16-22-8-27 .
