Sec. 12. "Alcohol and drug abuse records", for purposes of IC 16-39 , means recorded or unrecorded information concerning the diagnosis, treatment, or prognosis of a patient receiving alcohol or drug abuse treatment services. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-4-8-1 part.]
